Terms and Conditions

Some prices are for one way transfer only; others are for a full day trip. Discounts available for return trips as well as for single trips. The prices would apply for transfers between 07:00 and 20:00 only. Some rates are quoted per person some are per vehicle. Small children under the age of 5 years travel free. All transfers are direct door to door. There is NO surcharge for an additional stop. Please call us for any latest prices. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to arrange for passengers to be taken on by another company running the same tour, should circumstances require it.

Payments:
1) Direct Bank Transfer in advance. This is the preferred method as it is the safest and cheapest option. All bank charges and commissions are for the depositor’s account.
2) Cash in South African Rand (ZAR) payable to the driver if the client prefers to pay cash.
We currently do not accept Credit Card payments. We do not accept cheques for single once-off shuttle transfers. Regular customers may open an account t with us where we invoice you or your company on a monthly basis. If a trailer is required, a surcharge of R100.00 will be charged. Transfers between 21.00 - 07.00 by appointment only. A surcharge per transfer is chargeable for late night transfers between 20:00 and 06:00 daily:

20.00 - 22.00 R40 per transfer
22:00 - 05:00 10 % of the amount
05:00 - 06:00 R50 per transfer

Should a transfer be confirmed for a future date with a 50% deposit, we will honour the rate as quoted when booked. A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on reservation and the balance is payable 3 days before departure. If a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be determined as follows :

Cancellation fees:

Please note that a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price applies for day tours and transfers cancelled less than 24 hours.

If the cancellation is done -

a) At least 30 days prior to the start of the tour- 0% of the balance amount.

b) 14 – 30 days prior to the start of the tour - 25% of the balance amount.

c) 7 – 14 days prior to the start of the tour - 50% of the balance amount.

d) Less than 7 days prior to the start of the tour- 75% of the balance amount. 

.Any loss or damage caused to the vehicle, its fittings or equipment due to the negligence or    misconduct of any passenger, will be the responsibility of the client.

Smoking, the use of alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the vehicles.
. Safety belts where fitted are compulsory to use for the safety  of clients.

While Incredible Transport and Projects, their employees, and/or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property. However, at Incredible Transport and Projects we do offer passenger liability insurance, but we strongly advise all tourist and passengers to take out adequate travel insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of baggage. While every effort is being made to publish correct information about the different tours, we cannot be held responsible for changes made by the relevant authorities-it is essential to consult the websites of the places you would like to visit. Arrival times are “estimates”, and “Incredible Transport and Projects" cannot guarantee these times and will not accept responsibility for any delays whatsoever that might result in clients missing their flights.
